Membership Cancellations
if you wish to cancel your autopay membership, please come to the studio 15 days before your next automatic payment to fill out a cancellation form.
You must be on the autopay for 4 consecutive months before cancelling. If you cancel prior, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee plus 1/4 of the payment amount remaining on your contract.
