At the core of our technique we use a thoughtful series of LOW IMPACT, that fuses fluid movements with isometric balletic actions to trigger hard to work muscles. ABT tones and sculpts the outer physique into a lean shape.

You'll use the ballet Barre and over time light props as you move through class, focusing on different areas of your body. Your muscles will shake as you get stronger with each class.
