Ignite is a 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout utilizing short, timed sets…combining core, cardio and strength training – also known as Metabolic Conditioning.
This high-intensity/low impact class works every part of the body. With dynamic motions, you’ll not only be burning calories, but building muscle and strength—the workouts are so effective you continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after a class. No elliptical or treadmill can do that, nor any amount of sit ups.
In fact, studies indicate as little as 27 minutes of HIIT three times per week produces the same anaerobic and aerobic improvement as 60 minutes of steady state cardio five times per week! Now you can take care of you and have more time for everything else in your life!
